As REBA Anti-Hail Systems (“REBA”, “Company”), we process and protect your personal data in compliance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (“KVKK”) and applicable data protection legislation. We commit to processing personal data lawfully, fairly, accurately, for explicit and legitimate purposes, and in a limited and proportionate manner.

Your personal data may be collected through our website forms, e-mail correspondence, telephone calls, contracts, events and similar channels, based on the legal grounds set out in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK (performance of a contract, legal obligation, legitimate interest, explicit consent, etc.).

In compliance with KVKK and with appropriate technical and organizational measures, your personal data may be transferred to:

  • IT, hosting, maintenance and support service providers
  • Logistics, cargo and similar service providers
  • Competent public authorities where legally required
  • Relevant third parties in finance, accounting and auditing processes

REBA does not sell your personal data and does not share it with unauthorized third parties in an unlawful manner.

5. Your Rights under KVKK

As a data subject, you have the following rights under Article 11 of KVKK:

  • To learn whether your personal data is processed
  • To request information regarding the processing of your personal data
  • To learn the purpose of processing and whether your data is used in line with that purpose
  • To learn the third parties to whom your data is transferred, in Türkiye or abroad
  • To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
  • To request deletion or destruction of your data under the conditions set forth in KVKK
  • To request notification of such actions to third parties to whom data has been transferred
  • To object to results arising to your detriment from exclusively automated processing
  • To claim compensation in case you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your data

6. Data Retention Periods

Your personal data is retained for the period required by applicable legislation or for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes of processing, and is deleted, destroyed or anonymized once these periods expire.
